5) Cancellations & Refunds
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non‑refundable.
6) Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Dev-EpicNeedle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership is transferred to you under these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEV-EPICNEEDLE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dev-EpicNeedle and its affiliates harmless from any claims and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
